Anders Carlson
Carlsen joined Fibo in October 2016. He is an experienced senior executive and has held senior management positions at Unilever, Fujicolor, V&S Group, and most recently, CEO of Actic — a previous portfolio company of FSN Capital II. During FSN Capital II’s ownership of Actic, the company’s sales grew by 95%, EBITDA by 111%, and Actic’s membership base increased by 33%.

Paula Teixidor Bustins
Bustins joined Fibo in October 2022. She is an experienced finance professional and has held positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers audit, Medtronic internal audit, Novartis Finance Development Program and Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Holds a business degree from ESADE Barcelona and an MBA from the London Business School.

Joined Fibo in 2011. Kvinnesland has worked for more than 20 years within the field of industrial manufacturing, and also has trade organization experience. He has been a Fibo board member since February 2021.

Wenche Gabrielsen
Wenche Gabrielsen has experience within Fibo’s Customer Care since 2013. Today, she works mainly with the crediting of claims and transport issues. She is also responsible for updating customer records, contracts and digital price adjustments. Previous experience as a store manager in the retail industry. She has been a Fibo board member since September 2022
