Anders Carlson
Carlsen joined Fibo in October 2016. He is an experienced senior executive and has held senior management positions at Unilever, Fujicolor, V&S Group, and most recently, CEO of Actic — a previous portfolio company of FSN Capital II. During FSN Capital II’s ownership of Actic, the company’s sales grew by 95%, EBITDA by 111%, and Actic’s membership base increased by 33%.

Paula Teixidor Bustins
Bustins joined Fibo in October 2022. She is an experienced finance professional and has held positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers audit, Medtronic internal audit, Novartis Finance Development Program and Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Holds a business degree from ESADE Barcelona and an MBA from the London Business School.

Anders Låtveit
Joined Fibo in 2016 within production and is currently working in Quality Assurance. Låtveit has worked for more than 20 years within the construction industry. He has been a Fibo board member since October 2024.

Øyvind Penne
Started at Fibo as a Technical Manager in 2019, coming from a position as a Maintenance Planner at ExxonMobil/Vår Energi, where he worked for five years. He has a solid background in maintenance, planning, and leadership within the oil, gas, and process industries since 1992. He holds extensive experience as an industrial mechanic, automation technician, and maintenance supervisor, both offshore and onshore.
